Our Music ...

Time Ashore started off doing mainly sea songs and shanties but now cover the full range of English, Scottish and Irish folk music  with some Amereican Old Time - including fiddle instrumentals and dance music. We quite often learn songs and tunes for particular events that we are asked to play at - for example songs by Robert Burns for a Burns Night. So the list of songs below is being added to all the time. The sound clips are from live recordings of gigs in Formby Village Hall in February 2007 and The Oaks Community Centre, Penketh in October 2007
